Drive Sales Development business in assigned region by sales activities and execution
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsibility for Sales performance and member
- Follow up and monitor outlet (OL) business activities and performance
- Coordinate and delegate the MKT program/ Sales program to OLs
- Propose and execute the activation plan to push sell out
- Coordinate and execute OL selling platform
- Plan and coordinate for OL soft opening and Grand opening
- Training and OL support:
- Train and prepare break even plan for new OL
- Support to develop training material
- Conduct training for new OL shop assistant and OL owner
- Deliver information of Sales/ MKT programs to OL
- Support to build the selling process at OL
- Others:
- Weekly, monthly sales report
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager
- Lead in building supporting program for outlet activities
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience in B2B sales, Customer service, Retail business
- Selling skills, ability to convince and training OL
- Customer focus, innovation, business insight
